If you are a Plaintiff you are required by the Supreme Court to participate in ODR. If you are a Defendant, your participation with Online Dispute Resolution is voluntary. Either party may opt out of the program at anytime during the process.  If you have received a letter from the court to participate in the program, please consider doing so.  Many parties are able to settle their case without the cost and time that comes with a trial. You will be in control of your own case and may be able to quickly resolve it online.
